 All deliveries are sent by Australia Post or suitable Courier Service that reliably delivers to your area at cost or as part of instrument price where applicable. Delivery quote will be sent for your approval prior to order being finalised. Notification of dispatch will be sent to your e-mail address or postal address. We try to keep the cost of delivery and handling at minimum cost, but if you wish to pick-up deliveries personally, arrangements can easily be made.

Instruments are covered by a 12 month warranty. Any repairs under warranty will be carried out at our expense as quickly as possible.  Warranty does not cover any damage to the instrument, nor does it cover wear and tear from use.

If an instrument needs repair due to damage or breakage, or loss of parts, we have an extensive range of spare parts at realistic prices. If we don't have the part in stock, we will get it for you as quickly as possible.
